My masseuse, a male, began by apologizing that he would not be able to give me the full 50 minutes that we had paid for because it was so late. All lovely! Suddenly, it was like a tornado blew in! An employee came into the locker room, very agitated that we were 'late'?, handed us forms and took us to a dark room to fill them out, all the while telling us how late we were? In the middle of filling out our forms, we were one by one taken to have our massages. We were offered mimosas, and flavored waters. We were taken upstairs ,given robes (offering different sizes), sloes and taken to a locker room. We arrived 10 minutes early for our massages, and waited in the lobby which was soothing and inviting. I confirmed our appointments thru a text I received the day before. We had booked our spa services on the phone with Callie weeks earlier, and were looking forward to a wonderful day. Four of us drove from Cleveland, Ohio to celebrate two 60 birthdays.
